Cornus alternifolia / Pagoda Dogwood


Pagoda dogwood features some of the most beautiful branching patterns and young bark of any native tree, making its silhouette a pleasure to observe. It thrives in cool, organic-rich soils in the mountains, and is also an adaptable specimen in plantings. Its dark blue fruits are excellent sustenance for late summer migrant birds.
